One of my earliest memories was sitting at my Mum's desk in a law firm pretending to do some work on a computer. Soon after, is another memory of my Mum teaching me how to touch type on a keyboard. Like my Mum, I'm a natural organiser with a very keen eye for detail, maintaining an organised workspace and lifestyle for others. Although my touch typing skills will never match hers.

How It Started

I started my administration work experience at 17 years old in a Book Distribution company. From then on, I was trusted with recording Senior Managements expenses and raising invoices. I was also tasked with chasing overdue payments on behalf of the credit control team. I have held the likes of Bertrams, Borders and Amazon as my key account clients.

"I was the right hand woman"

My career then took me over to the Renewable Energy industry. I started in the sales administration department. My hard work quickly won me a promotion to manager of the same department. As the work demand rapidly increased, I soon became the Executive Assistant for the Residential Managing Director. I was lucky enough for us to both had formed the ideal work relationship of me knowing what he thought before he had even said it. This role gave me the excellent opportunity to contribute towards recruitment, fleet management, bookkeeping, quality and assurance audits, end of year stock counts, housing association tenders, diary and email management, minute taking and his personal lifestyle. What you see on my services available, is what I initially grasped from this experience over the years, developing my skills to a higher level with other clients. I am the Right-Hand Woman.

"I sat my exams two months before the deadlines"

After welcoming our twins into the world, I decided on a career change for more flexibility around our home life. My decision led me to go back to college at 32 years old and study Health and Social Care, Maths and English, whilst pregnant with our third child. My dedication and need for success pushed me to complete all of my coursework and sit my exams two months before the deadlines and have a break before giving birth. I quickly dived back into work as a Support Worker in Forensic Mental Health. My drive for success continued, which earned me a promotion to the assistant manager role.

Although working within the Health and Social Care is extremely rewarding, something was missing. I am still passionate about helping organise individuals’ lifestyle and supporting businesses with the tasks that hold them back from succeeding.
